Therapie von Crayen

The practice Therapie von Crayen is located at Engelgasse 2 in St. Gallen and offers advisory and therapeutic support for people in various life situations. It sees itself as a confidential point of contact for anyone who wants to address and work through emotional strain.

The advisory approach places the conversation at the centre: in a protected setting, worries, conflicts or recurring difficulties can be named and put in order. The aim is to see one's own situation more clearly, recognise burdensome patterns and develop sustainable solutions step by step that fit the person's life.

With its location in the centre of St. Gallen, the practice is easy to reach and is aimed at adults who are looking for personal, discreet support. Anyone going through a difficult phase or simply wanting an outside perspective will find a place here to take the first step.
