A warm welcome to Craniosacral Therapy and ADHD Coaching by Anke Walker. We offer support for people of all ages who suffer from physical and chronic pain, psychosomatic complaints, or ADHD. Our therapies aim to restore balance in the body and to promote inner stability, whether for adults, children, or infants. With a holistic approach, we combine craniosacral therapy with well-founded coaching techniques in order to strengthen both physical and emotional health.

Our craniosacral therapy is suitable for all age groups, and we cater especially to the following groups: adults, pregnant women, and children. The treatment is carried out individually and competently in order to achieve the best possible result for your physical and emotional health. The therapy uses gentle touches to reduce tension and restore natural balance.

We place special emphasis on ADHD support. Here, we use specific techniques within craniosacral therapy to improve regulation and perception. The goal is to help those affected develop more stable and harmonious routines in everyday life. In addition, we offer ADHD family coaching, which provides parents and relatives with practical strategies and well-founded knowledge in order to better meet the challenges of everyday life with ADHD.

Our premises in Uster and Zurich are easily accessible. In Uster, you will find us at Freiestrasse 13, just a five-minute walk from the train station.
