In my practice in Winterthur, I offer craniosacral therapy, Esalen massage, and classic massage. In my treatments, I place value on a holistic therapy that strives for the balance of body, mind, and soul. Therefore, I treat entirely individually based on your concerns and needs. In this way, a treatment can consist of a unique combination of various forms of therapy. During the treatment, I accompany you with my full presence. My touch thereby attains a high quality, and your self-healing powers are activated.

I enjoy working with people of every age and support them in times of complaints, illness, or stressful phases of life. My offering is also aimed at people before or after surgery or as accompaniment during longer courses of illness.
