Since November 17, 2025, the practice has offered comprehensive medical services with a particular focus on HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). In addition to HIV tests, the practice also offers pre- and post-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP and PEP) as well as vaccinations. The seamless integration of medical services allows patients to raise additional medical concerns as needed.

Regular testing is not only routine for many, but also a way to reduce risk within the community. Men and trans people who have sex with men benefit from special offerings, including free HIV and syphilis tests during special campaign months.

Visitors can come by without an appointment for an HPV vaccination, as long as they are under 27 years old and resident in the canton of Zürich. This reflects the practice's commitment to offering important health measures in a low-threshold way. On Saturdays, general counseling, testing and PEP advice are offered; however, no physician services are available on these days.

The practice is recognized as a family doctor by most health insurers, which makes it easier for patients to access the medical services they need while at the same time ensuring that the costs of treatments are generally covered by the health insurance.
