Body-Harmony GmbH is your first address in Zurich for holistic therapeutic approaches to pain relief. Specializing in Dorn and Manual Pain Therapy (MST(R)), we offer a diverse range of services tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Our team of experienced therapists gets to the root of your complaints and accompanies you on the path to greater quality of life and freedom from pain. In doing so, we see our work not merely as a profession but as a calling that motivates us daily to ensure the best care for our clients.

In our practice we place great value on personal closeness and individual care. Through targeted therapeutic approaches, you regain greater mobility and joy in life. Our offerings include not only Dorn therapy but also Manual Pain Therapy MST(R) and diaphragm therapy, which we also offer in courses on request, for example through the Bodyfeet vocational school.

We are currently pleased to offer special holiday courses in 2026, in which we combine integrative movement teachings with Tibetan movement teaching. The goal of these courses is to foster your joy in life and mobility and to give you techniques that help you toward a pain-free life.

Our practice is located in a central setting in Zurich that is easy to reach. Our therapists, including Felix Zobrist and Roger Siegfried, work closely together and bring their many years of experience in pain therapy to the treatment. We are convinced that every person has the potential to experience freedom from pain, and we look forward to accompanying you on this path.
