Nordic Usability GmbH is a boutique agency based in Zurich, Switzerland. For over a decade we have supported companies in making smarter decisions about complex digital products, with our emphasis on practical user experience and not just strategic concepts from a presentation. Recently we have focused on the areas of healthtech and medtech, where operating decisions have real consequences and the needs of patients come first. Our approach is based on gathering in-depth information about the needs of your customers and developing tailor-made solutions that meet their goals and expectations. We integrate ourselves into our clients' teams, working closely with engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. This also means that we remain involved beyond the original brief all the way to implementation, in order to ensure that the decisions made also work in practice. Our focus lies on understanding users and not blindly trusting assumptions that have been taken for granted. Through user testing and reviewing design ideas under real conditions, we ensure that our solutions are both user-friendly and technically feasible. In addition to our user research, we offer a variety of services, including usability testing, user interface design, accessibility audits and the development of scalable designs.
