City Bau- und Verwaltungs AG

City Bau- und Verwaltungs AG is based at Bachstrasse 19 in St. Gallen and operates as a real estate developer. Its very name links two fields: construction on one side and the administration of properties on the other, rounded out by its function as a real estate agency.

As a developer, a business like this deals with the planning and delivery of property projects. The administration and brokerage side connects to that: through the agency, properties are marketed and brokered, while the management arm handles the ongoing running of buildings. The result is an offering that spans a property's life cycle, from construction through marketing to day-to-day management.

This is of interest to owners and investors in St. Gallen who want the construction, brokerage and care of their properties bundled with a single point of contact.
