Brache Lachen

Brache Lachen is located at Schönaustrasse 68 in St. Gallen (9000) and belongs to the field of gardens and green space. The name plays on the idea of a "Brache" – a piece of land deliberately left as room for growth and nature.

As a green-oriented place, its focus is on gardening and the near-natural use of open ground. A garden project of this kind offers space to plant, observe and linger, and brings a mindful relationship with nature and soil into view in the middle of the city. The outdoor space thus becomes a place where greenery can be experienced first-hand.

It appeals to people from St. Gallen who value a natural garden and open space and want to engage consciously with greenery in the city. Brache Lachen offers a place to do so on Schönaustrasse.
