Psychotherapie St.Gallen Rita Barroso

Psychotherapie St. Gallen Rita Barroso is a psychotherapy practice at Schmiedgasse 30 in the centre of St. Gallen. It addresses people seeking professional support with psychological strain, in times of upheaval or with lasting inner difficulties.

The work of psychotherapy begins with the personal conversation: distressing themes – such as anxieties, depressive moods, stress or conflicts – are understood together, put into context and worked through step by step. The process aims to widen a person's room for action and to strengthen emotional stability in a lasting way.

Thanks to its central location in the heart of the city, the practice is easy to reach. It offers adults in St. Gallen a confidential, protected space in which to work on personal concerns and regain clarity and stability.
