Here at the Taggenberg, we place great value on sustainability, which is why we deliberately keep our menu small and refined. Our philosophy encompasses not only avoiding food waste but also reducing the CO2 footprint of our ingredients. The restaurant has long since made a name for itself and is awarded 14 points by Gault & Millau as well as 89 points by the Falstaff Community. The beautiful terrace ranks among the ten best in Switzerland and makes every meal a special experience.

A highlight of the Taggenberg is our commitment to seasonal and regional products. In our restaurant, most dishes are vegetarian, with the option to add various meat or fish components. We regularly surprise our guests with a "Menu Surprise," prepared fresh and creatively each day.
