LaCør - LAGREE METHOD

LaCør - LAGREE METHOD is a gym at Teufener Strasse 19 in St. Gallen, set up as a Pilates studio with an additional gym offering and a focus on controlled, muscle-demanding training.

At its core is a movement approach typical of Pilates: slow, precise exercises that build strength, body tension and mobility at once while engaging the deep stabilising muscles. Together with the gym area, this makes for training aimed at posture, core stability and endurance.

The offering suits people in St. Gallen looking for a demanding yet joint-friendly workout in a focused setting – as an alternative or complement to classic strength training, with room for clean, deliberate execution.
