First Aid Course Zurich - English Nothelferkurs for Driving License

The first-aid course (Nothelferkurs) in Zurich is comprehensive training that teaches essential first-aid skills. It is legally required for obtaining a Swiss driver's license (cat. B/A) and is conducted by SDC/SRC-certified instructors. The course takes place at PH Zurich, Lagerstrasse 2, just five minutes' walk from Zurich main station. During the two-day course, held in small groups, participants learn all the necessary immediate life-saving measures.

On the first day, basic topics such as the "chain of survival," self-protection, and behavior at the scene of an accident are covered. Participants learn how to recognize unconsciousness, check the airways, and give instructions on how to correctly make an emergency call.
