Aram Massage - Johanna Foors

A warm welcome to the Aram Massage practice of Johanna Foors, where relaxation and holistic health are the central focus. The practice is located at Badenerstrasse 131 in Zurich, easy to reach by tram lines 2 and 3 to the Kalkbreite stop. Here a personally designed offering awaits you, geared toward your individual needs. I am trained as a certified masseuse and movement educator and have gathered valuable experience through numerous continuing education courses and practical work in various facilities.

My goal is to treat complaints such as trigger points, neck and shoulder pain, and general tension in a targeted way. In my practice I integrate various massage techniques, including classic massage, which aims to loosen the muscles and promote circulation. I also offer special treatments such as foot reflexology massage, in which the self-healing powers are activated through targeted pressure points. Trigger point therapy is another method that I frequently apply in combination with classic massage to release painful muscle knots.

In addition, I incorporate kinesiology into my range of treatments. This holistic method is based on muscle testing to identify physical or emotional blockages. My offering also includes proven procedures such as cupping and fango packs, which support pain therapy and boost well-being. I adapt each treatment individually to achieve the best possible outcome.
