Benja Wellness & Thai Massage

Benja Wellness & Thai Massage is an oasis of calm in Zürich that wants to help you leave the stress of everyday life behind. In our cozy spa, we offer a variety of massages specifically designed to promote your well-being and release tension. Benja, the founder, brings over 15 years of experience in massage practice, which she gathered in Switzerland. With a deep understanding of her clients' needs, she combines authentic Thai techniques with modern approaches. Our goal is for you to feel safe, understood, and completely relaxed with every visit.

Our offering includes traditional Thai massages, aromatherapy oil massages, and special treatments such as the Himalayan salt stone massage. This innovative treatment uses warm Himalayan salt both to exfoliate the skin and to release tension. Each massage is individually tailored to your personal needs and can help restore your inner balance and recharge your energy. We also offer combined massages and special treatments such as body scrubs that help you feel reborn. Our clients' feedback confirms the high quality of our massages and the excellent service. Treat yourself to a visit and experience for yourself how we can transform your tension into relaxation.
