bepresent zürich

Welcome to bepresent, your practice for massage and movement in Zürich. Health is based on three key pillars: relaxation, movement and nutrition. If one of these pillars falls out of balance, it can lead in the long term to complaints such as stress, tension or pain. With an individual and holistic approach, I support you in bringing your body back into balance and in strengthening your health sustainably. The practice places great value on personal care, so that every client can be addressed individually according to their needs. It is also a holistic therapy that encompasses various techniques and methods. The practice is EMR and ASCA recognized, which means that supplementary insurance coverage for the treatments is possible. From May 2026, the new location will be at Hardturmstrasse 20, 8005 Zürich, directly at Escher-Wyss-Platz. The practice is easy to reach and offers a pleasant atmosphere for the treatments. Here you can actively do something for your health and enjoy the benefits of professional massages and personalized training offerings. Book an appointment now and invest in your well-being!
