BodyLab is an interdisciplinary group practice in Zurich that specializes in osteopathy, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and training. For over 10 years, we have offered high-quality and comprehensive therapeutic approaches oriented to the individual needs of our clients. Our experienced therapists rely on holistic methods to promote health and well-being. The focus is on restoring mobility and relieving pain as well as treating the causes of complaints, not just the symptoms.

In the area of osteopathy, we use manual techniques to restore the body's balance and activate its self-healing powers. Our physiotherapy aims to improve mobility and quality of life by creating individual treatment plans based on the specific needs of the patients. For those suffering from muscle tension, we offer the special dry needling therapy, which promises quick pain relief and improved mobility.

In the massage practice, our therapists combine various techniques to release tension and promote general well-being. In addition, we offer medical training therapy (MTT) to specifically strengthen the muscles and prevent relapses. For patients with jaw problems, such as temporomandibular joint pain or teeth grinding, we offer specialized jaw therapy.
