A warm welcome to my naturopathy practice, located in the heart of Zurich, just a few minutes' walk from Zurich's main station. I am Anouk Girschweiler and I have specialized in traditional European naturopathy. In my practice, I offer alternative treatments that can help with both acute and chronic health disorders. My therapy approaches are based on a healthy mix of various methods that are recognized as complementary medicine and are covered by health insurers.

A central part of my work is to accompany people a little way along their individual path. I understand my role not only as a therapist but also as a supporter for those who are looking for holistic solutions.
