Manual Therapy in Zürich (Kreis 4): medizinische Massage, Craniosacral Therapie, Thai Massage, Chi Nei Tsang.

Welcome to Manual Therapy in Kreis 4 in Zürich. I am Gabriel Schüers, a medical masseur with over 20 years of experience in holistic bodywork. My approach combines Western manual therapy with Eastern healing traditions such as oil massage, Thai massage, craniosacral therapy, and Chi Nei Tsang - supplemented by breathwork and somatic process guidance. In a world often characterized by stress and hectic pace, my therapy offers an answer to the physical and emotional burdens that more and more people experience. When the neck and shoulders are tense and the mind cannot come to rest, my work sets in exactly there. I support my clients in creating space for relaxation and regeneration. The treatments are individually tailored to the needs of the clients, because every person is unique. In addition to classic treatments, I accompany people in deeper transformation processes with a trauma-sensitive and body-oriented approach, in order to promote lasting positive changes. Treatment successes usually show themselves through a noticeable relief of chronic complaints and an improvement in general well-being. The massage and therapy forms I offer are diverse and include oil massage, foot reflexology massage, Thai massage, Chi Nei Tsang, and craniosacral therapy. Each of these approaches has specific benefits and areas of application, which I am happy to discuss with you individually. The holistic approach enables not only the relief of physical complaints but also promotes emotional and mental balance, which is of great importance nowadays. In this way, I support you in lastingly improving your quality of life and regaining a feeling of equilibrium.
