The practice of Lou Sturm, an experienced Advanced Rolfing practitioner, offers individual bodywork based on the principles of Structural Integration and somatic movement therapy. Lou has a solid background in dance and movement, which allows her to have a comprehensive perspective on the physical health of her clients. In every session, she focuses on restoring effortless, pain-free movement, promoted through targeted Rolfing techniques. The treatments are geared toward releasing muscular tension and postural strain, with the aim of activating and enhancing the body's own intelligence.

In addition to Rolfing, the practice also offers Gyrotonic personal training and yoga classes. Gyrotonic is an innovative movement method that engages the whole body and improves freedom of movement, while yoga exercises help to bring body and mind into harmony.
