Welcome to the website of Zita Sieber, an experienced complementary therapist who specializes in the Shiatsu method. Zita Sieber offers not only treatments but also seminars for therapists, in which she shares valuable insights on the latest findings about the meridians and treatment methods.

In her relaxing and healing Shiatsu sessions, the focus is on placing the client's needs at the center. Each session begins with an empathetic conversation in which the client's concerns and goals are discussed. This is followed by an assessment that may take into account both energetic and structural imbalances. The Shiatsu treatment is carried out in close collaboration with the client, drawing on elements from various therapeutic methods to support an individualized and holistic healing process.

A special feature of Zita's approach is the strong connection between body, mind, and soul. Through mindful touch and targeted techniques, tension can be released and emotional blockages transformed. Zita Sieber's practice is distinguished by the combination of traditional Shiatsu techniques with modern therapeutic approaches that enable profound healing. Zita Sieber is currently in an exciting phase of transformation and therefore offers a limited number of seminars in which she shares her newly discovered inspirations and techniques. She is also known as a lecturer and shares her knowledge in various continuing-education seminars, including the popular Heart Shiatsu and Next Level Shiatsu.
