Welcome to dionysBEWEGT, my practice in Zurich. I am Dionys Schwery, an experienced complementary therapist specializing in APM therapy according to Radloff and yoga therapy. In my practice I support children and adults with commitment and passion. The central location in Zurich, just a few steps from Albisriederplatz, offers easy access. Here I treat a wide variety of complaints, including neck and back pain, joint problems, and even hay fever. APM therapy combines elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern manual therapy methods and aims to regulate the flow of energy in the body. This is done through targeted treatment of the causes, so that symptoms can be relieved over the long term. The therapy is safe and effective, without the use of body-harming means such as needles. I also work intensively with yoga therapy, a form of body work that combines physical exercises with breathing techniques and relaxation. This form of therapy supports clients not only with physical complaints but also promotes mental well-being. Suitable yoga positions (asanas) are individually tailored to the needs of my clients.
