In complex health situations, health navigators (Gesundheitslots:innen) work closely with patients, their families, as well as professionals and institutions. The offering includes individual guidance from experienced health navigators who help understand complex medical information, make difficult decisions, and facilitate entry into the care system. In addition, ethical discussions, mediation, and conflict resolution are offered.

The foundation goes further and supports teams and professionals in their everyday working lives.
