The IT Service Desk of the University of Zurich is a central point of contact for all IT-related concerns of students and staff. It offers comprehensive support with various IT questions and problems, whether through in-person consultation, telephone support, or via a self-service portal. The opening hours of the IT Service Desk are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for telephone support and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for in-person consultation. The location is at Schönberggasse 2, 8001 Zurich.

Among the main services of the IT Service Desk is the provision of support with software installations as well as the use of service applications such as Microsoft 365 and other platforms.
