The Homeowners' Association Zurich (HEV Zurich) has for many years been the leading center of expertise for real estate services in the Zurich region. Our headquarters are located at Albisstrasse 28 in 8038 Zurich-Wollishofen. We offer comprehensive services for property owners, tenants, and investors. Our target group includes both institutional investors and private owners seeking support in various aspects of property management.

We also have a directory of tradespeople and a special platform called "hausWert," which makes it possible to provide valuable guidance on property values.
