Welschland

Welschland is a charming delicatessen in Zürich that focuses on fine products and culinary experiences. In our small shop on Zweierstrasse, we offer a large selection of regional cheese and meat specialties as well as other treats from French-speaking Switzerland. Especially well known is our Fondue La Religieuse, prepared from three different mature Vacherin and Gruyère cheeses. This is prepared fresh directly in the shop and delights our customers. Welschland is our passionate neighborhood shop, which has become a place of exchange and joy.

Our cheese offering includes not only the famous Swiss cheese varieties but also an exquisite selection of organic cheese as well as raw-milk cheese from goats, sheep, and cows. The cheese display case is the heart of our shop, and we place great value on the quality of the products we offer. In addition, there is a selection of around 20 different raclette varieties, available in wheels or slices, perfect for a convivial raclette dinner.

Alongside our cheese specialties, we also carry fine charcuterie, including Valais raw ham, dried meat, and various saucisson variations, ideal for an Apéro platter. To complete the enjoyable selection, we have a choice selection of wines and spirits that pair perfectly with our cheese and our charcuterie. Our wines come from the best organic and Demeter winemakers of the Romandie. Thus Welschland is not only a place to shop but also a place for culinary adventures and experiences in a cozy setting.
