Welcome to David Stefani - Fitness & Massage! My name is David Stefani and I am a certified masseur specializing in the treatment of back pain through Dorn therapy. At my practice at Bullingerplatz in Zurich, I offer you a variety of massage techniques individually tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you achieve a pain-free and relaxed lifestyle. Back pain, blockages, and neck tension are often the result of incorrect strain and stress. This pain is not only unpleasant; it can also impair your quality of life.

At my practice, you will find a relaxed atmosphere where I offer various massages, including sports massage, full-body massage, and reflexology massage. Each treatment is designed to relieve your complaints and promote your well-being. In addition, I also offer personal training to correct poor posture and strengthen your muscles. With targeted exercises and individual massages, back pain and neck tension can be sustainably reduced.
