Praxis für Shiatsu & Schmerztherapie - Zürich Noré Parada

The practice for Shiatsu & pain therapy run by Nore Parada in Zurich offers a holistic approach to promoting relaxation and pain relief. With a deep understanding of the connections between physical complaints and emotional stress, Nore Parada accompanies her clients on the path to a pain-free life. I support self-regulation and help develop a better body awareness by offering shiatsu therapy and individual conversations. For me, the person is at the center, and every treatment is tailored to individual needs. The shiatsu method, which originates from Japan, uses targeted pressure through the hands, thumbs, and feet to promote the flow of energy in the body. This form of therapy activates the body's self-healing powers and can not only release muscular tension, but also uncover emotional blockages. The practice is centrally located in Zurich's old town, just a few minutes from the main station, which allows easy access. In a calming, harmonious atmosphere, I invite my clients to feel comfortable and begin their healing journey. In addition, I offer nutritional counseling to support clients with intuitive eating and to relieve complaints such as digestive problems. My goal is to help people lead a fulfilling and happy life.
