In every session, she focuses on restoring effortless, pain-free movement, promoted through targeted Rolfing techniques. The treatments are geared toward releasing muscular tension and postural strain, with the aim of activating and enhancing the body's own intelligence.

In addition to Rolfing, the practice also offers Gyrotonic personal training and yoga classes. Gyrotonic is an innovative movement method that engages the whole body and improves freedom of movement, while yoga exercises help to bring body and mind into harmony. This holistic approach aims to promote physical health and well-being on all levels.

The practice is centrally located in Zurich and is conveniently accessible by public transport. In an inviting and professional setting, individual therapy plans are created that are tailored to the specific needs of the clients. The treatments last between 70 and 90 minutes, during which the client's body structure is analyzed in order to address the respective challenges in the best possible way. The recommendations aim to achieve optimal results in combination with a series of 10 treatments, as recommended by Ida Rolf.
