Traditional European Naturopathy (TEN) combines proven healing knowledge with modern insights to treat acute and chronic complaints holistically. Many complaints such as irritable bowel, exhaustion, skin problems, or an increased susceptibility to infection can point to an imbalance in the gut. At the practice, after an individual consultation and assessment, a personal treatment plan is created that is precisely tailored to your needs. We use various naturopathic approaches and techniques to relieve complaints and enhance well-being. The therapies on offer include massages, support for gut health, and specific techniques such as cupping and Baunscheidt therapy. The practice is easy to reach in Zurich, just a few minutes from Stadelhofen station. Parking is available in the surrounding area, and there is a stop right outside the door. Appointments can be conveniently booked online, and I am also available for appointments outside regular opening hours.
