Our residents benefit from a comprehensive support offering that includes both social and psychological support. In addition, we offer sheltered workplaces created specifically for our clients, so that they can gain practical experience in various craft professions.

In the training and coaching area, we use targeted programs to facilitate professional integration. Our coaches support participants in recognizing and further developing their skills in order to successfully enter the job market. In our painting, carpentry, and wood-turning departments, we offer the opportunity to learn craft skills and to realize creative projects. These practical experiences are not only a valuable enrichment for the participants, but also contribute to the creation of a respected and sustainable product offering.
