Buasiam Thai Massage

Buasiam Thai Massage in Zurich offers an excellent opportunity to experience the traditional Thai massage, also known as Thai yoga massage. This massage technique, known by the Thai name 'Nuat Phaen Boran', combines elements of yoga and acupressure. During a typical massage, passive stretching, joint mobilizations, and targeted pressure techniques are used. The massage takes place on a special floor mat, with the body being brought into various stretching positions that are experienced as particularly soothing.

Thai massage focuses on ten "energy lines" in the body, which are gently stretched and activated through pressure from the hands, thumbs, knees, elbows, and feet. It is a powerful and dynamic treatment that helps release tension, promote blood circulation, and enhance general well-being.

The opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. For massages outside these times, appointments must be arranged by phone. The address is Buasiam Thai-Massage, Rautihalde 3, 8048 Zurich-Altstetten. Interested people can book the massage by phone at 076 607 69 37.
