Noga Danuch

Noga Danuch is a practice for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in the heart of Zürich. The practice was founded by Noga Danuch, a certified TCM therapist with over 20 years of experience. Here, various TCM treatment methods are offered that aim to promote clients' well-being and relieve complaints. These include a comprehensive intake assessment and individual treatment plans tailored to the patients' lifestyle, dietary patterns and emotional state.

The treatments include not only traditional acupuncture but also techniques such as cupping and moxibustion. In addition, TCM herbal medicine therapies are offered, as well as Tuina, a form of circulation-promoting massage. Special attention is given to advice on lifestyle care, where clients can receive support in the areas of daily habits, posture and nutrition. The treatments are carried out in a calm and inviting setting in order to create a relaxed atmosphere conducive to holistic healing.

A highlight of the practice is the seasonal acupuncture, which is adapted to the seasons and supports health during the respective phases of transition. This treatment takes place quarterly at the solstice and aims to strengthen specific organ pairs.
