Structural Integration & Shiatsu

Structural Integration (also known as Rolfing) and Shiatsu are my calling. My goal is to help my clients, as well as myself, develop our humanity. The most important prerequisite for this is freedom. As soon as we are freed from physical limitations, we act with more ease and grace. A flexible and balanced body, in which we feel comfortable, fundamentally changes our perception of the world. Our way of thinking becomes more tolerant, we feel more alive, and we behave accordingly. This transforms not only our life but also our relationships with others. I support this very individual process for each client with my knowledge and experience as well as with loving attention. It is very important to me to do justice to the uniqueness of each client as comprehensively as possible. It fulfills me greatly to make the great potential of this kind of bodywork accessible to other people as well and to observe their development over a longer period of time.
