Barfly’z

Barfly’z is a stylish coffee and cocktail bar in the heart of Zürich, distinguished by its unique concept and its wide-ranging offering. From Monday through Thursday, we open our doors as early as 9:00 for coffee lovers and stay open until midnight for sociable cocktail enthusiasts. On Friday and Saturday we are there for you until 2:00 in the morning. A special feature is that we also broadcast the matches of the Swiss national team with sound, which makes for a great sports experience.

The name Barfly’z is based on the famous barflies of the 1920s, which began at Harry's New York Bar in Paris. Today we mix international cocktail classics as well as unusual house creations from ingredients from all over the world. In the morning we pamper our guests with exquisite coffee variations and homemade cake, while during the day we offer healthy and light lunches. Our selection of finger food and snacks in the evening pairs perfectly with our creatively designed cocktails.

For special occasions we offer a cocktail catering service, which is ideal for private celebrations or business events. Furthermore, our guests can take part in mixing classes, held under the guidance of our experienced bartenders. These classes are an excellent opportunity to learn the art of cocktail mixing and spend an entertaining evening. Barfly’z stands out for its central location on Gotthardstrasse and is a popular meeting point for connoisseurs and night owls. With an admission age of 22 on Fridays and Saturdays, the bar offers a cozy yet lively atmosphere, which makes it a great place for various occasions.
