KWEER

KWEER is a lively place in Zurich that keeps alive the historic legacy of the Barfüsser as a queer hotspot. Here, LGBTQ+ people, their friends and families, as well as students and neighbors, come together to spend time with one another in an inviting atmosphere. The offering includes a diverse café experience with high-quality, locally roasted coffee and delicious pastries, served until 5:00 p.m. In the bar, which is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5:00 p.m., exquisite cocktails – both with and without alcohol – are available, as well as local craft beers and regional wines for every taste. A special highlight is the regular events, including karaoke nights and drag performances, which draw the queer community and celebrate togetherness. KWEER thus offers not only an extensive drinks menu but also a platform for cultural events and social exchange. The bar sees itself as a safer space in which everyone should feel welcome. Reservations are possible for groups of four or more, while smaller groups can also find a spot spontaneously.
