Holzlager Bed and Breakfast

The Holzlager Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of Zurich, in a historic building that was constructed in 1923 as a wood store (Holzlager) for a neighboring carpentry workshop. In 2010, the building was extensively renovated to create various uses, including therapy rooms, apartments, and, in 2022/2023, a new bedroom facility with a fully equipped cooking area for cooking courses. The bed & breakfast combines traditional charm with modern amenities and thus creates the perfect basis for relaxation and enjoyment.

Our accommodation is located in Zurich's fourth district, on a quiet, traffic-calmed street near the vibrant Langstrasse. This versatile area is known for its trendy bars, restaurants, and cultural offerings, which have something for every taste. You can reach Lake Zurich and the main station in just 30 minutes on foot, which makes the Holzlager BnB an ideal starting point for your explorations.

In addition to the comfortable stay, guests have the opportunity to visit the local weekly market on Tuesdays and Fridays between 6 and 11 a.m. at the neighboring Helvetiaplatz. Here you will find fresh fruit, vegetables, and flowers - a perfect place to stock up on regional products and enjoy the lively ambiance of the city.
