Welcome to the Heilkraft naturopathic practice in Zurich, led by Hedwig Plöchl. Here you experience healing on all levels. In my practice, I accompany you on the path to greater well-being by not only looking at symptoms but also tracing the deeper causes of your complaints. My holistic approach combines over 25 years of experience in homeopathy, energetic healing work, and Esalen massage in order to bring body, mind, and soul into harmony.

My offering encompasses various forms of therapy that are especially tailored to individual needs. In homeopathy, a gentle and lasting form of therapy is used that treats both acute and chronic illnesses. The focus is on strengthening your life force in order to activate the body's self-healing powers. In addition, I offer energetic healing work based on the teachings of Barbara Brennan and Karina Schelde. Here, behavioral patterns, emotions, and memories are treated in the subtle energy field.

The Esalen massage represents another part of my range of therapies. This form of massage aims to achieve deeper relaxation through slow and mindful touch and to promote the natural flow of energy.
