Baugenossenschaft mehr als wohnen is an innovative housing project in Zürich-Leutschenbach and represents a significant step in the redesign of urban living spaces. On a former industrial site of 41,000 square meters, a diverse living and working environment is emerging that encompasses both old and new forms of housing. Since taking over the site in 2010, the cooperative has developed a sustainable concept that offers space for 1,200 residents as well as around 150 jobs.
