Our head chef Mischa Käser and his team are committed to the highest quality and freshness, so that both simple dishes such as Spaghetti al Pomodoro and more sophisticated dishes like Bistecca alla Fiorentina are prepared with great love. The menus are adapted seasonally and offer a diverse selection ranging from lunch options to evening à la carte choices. Especially lovely is the secluded terrace, which is inviting in summer.

At Ristorante Italia we are proud of the close contact with our producers, who supply us with high-quality ingredients, including regional meat and fish suppliers as well as local fruit and vegetable farmers.
