Shangrila Tibet Restaurant in Zurich has been offering authentic Tibetan cuisine since 2005 and invites guests to discover the culinary delicacies of the Tibetan highlands. Under the leadership of mother Tsomo and her daughters Dhondup and Tenzin, the restaurant presents a variety of dishes that reflect the traditional aromas and preparation methods of Tibet. In spring 2019, their brother Jimmy also joined the team to further enrich the culinary offering. The menu is a homage to the culture and traditions of Tibet, combined with high-quality local ingredients.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is inviting and friendly, which makes it a perfect place for families, friends, and celebrations. A special feature of the Shangrila is the option of catering for various occasions, such as corporate parties, birthday celebrations, and typical Zurich festivals. This makes the restaurant a flexibly usable place for various events. In addition to the restaurant operation, the Shangrila also offers a delivery service in certain postal code areas, so that guests can enjoy their favorite dishes conveniently at home.

On certain days, the restaurant has special lunch-break times where guests can try a selection of various Momo varieties from 11:20. These Tibetan dumplings are among the special highlights of the house and enjoy great popularity.
