In the case of emergencies that occur outside our regular opening hours, we recommend leaving a message on the answering machine. Our regular opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., as well as Saturdays from 07:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for emergencies only. For a visit to our practice, we ask that you arrange an appointment by phone. In the event that you are prevented from attending, we ask that you cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance, as we reserve the right to charge for short-notice cancellations.

Payment for the services rendered is made in cash or by credit card directly or upon collection. We accept all common credit cards as well as Post and Maestro cards. Our practice is centrally located in Turbenthal, easily reachable and equipped with parking.
