From 6:30 p.m., guests have the opportunity to create their own schnitzel and cordon bleu according to their personal preferences. We place great value on quality and fresh ingredients sourced from the region. Bistro K2 is a cashless restaurant that accepts all common credit cards, giving you a smooth payment process. During the summer break, which runs from June 28 to August 17, we invite our guests to also visit our summer venues "Zum Frischen Max" and "GUMP."
