Ustaria, a charming restaurant in the heart of Zürich, is a place where gastronomic passion and warm service come together. The name 'Ustaria' comes from Romansh and simply means restaurant. Located at Schaffhauserstrasse 373, Ustaria offers a distinctive ambiance that impresses through the combination of seasonal cooking and a fine wine selection. Our team, led by Robert Burri and Maria Lutz Burri, has dedicated itself to the mission of pampering guests with freshly prepared, flavorful, and authentic dishes.

The culinary focus is on the use of high-quality, regional, and seasonal ingredients. This philosophy is reflected in every dish, prepared with a lot of dedication and creativity. Our menu offers a variety of options that integrate both traditional and modern influences. From 5:00 p.m. our guests can enjoy the full menu, while Apéros are also offered from 4:30 p.m. In addition, our idyllic garden courtyard is ideal for cozy hours on beautiful evenings.
