Our concept is based on the preparation of poké bowls, which are not only fresh and delicious but also made from high-quality, controlled ingredients. Our dishes are prepared with a clear focus on regional and organic products. Our freshness promise guarantees that we select our ingredients according to strict sustainability and quality criteria. In addition to the main menu, we also offer creative specialties and seasonal offerings. Among the highlights are homemade açai bowls, smoked Kuratli beet-smoked salmon from Switzerland, and a varied brunch served every Sunday at our Sihlfeldstrasse location. Our guests can look forward to individually assembled menus, which also offer special arrangements for groups of four or more.

Our two locations at Bleicherweg and Lintheschergasse are open Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 21:00, and on weekends we also have generous opening hours for our guests.
