We are particularly proud of our in-house bakery, which offers not only delicious Gipfeli but also tempting desserts and creamy cakes. Our weekly changing menu, the bowls, and the small treats are prepared with seasonal ingredients. The 'Weltenbummler' (globetrotter) bowl takes you on a culinary journey with varied flavors, while the 'Wätterschmöckerin' offers different aromas in tune with the seasons. In addition, there are new homemade snacks and small quiches every week that are ideal for a small hunger.

A stay at SAHltimbocca is also an opportunity to learn more about our social mission: we offer work integration for people looking for a position in the hospitality industry.
