Riedbach

A warm welcome to Restaurant Riedbach, a special place that is far more than just a restaurant. In our kitchen we place the greatest importance on quality and sustainability. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients that come from the region to offer our guests an unforgettable dining experience. We source our meat from a Culinarium-certified butcher in Oerlikon, and the fish is a product of a family business from Winterthur. The vegetables we use come from a tradition-rich Zürich company that has been known for its quality products for over 100 years.

We are particularly proud that Restaurant Riedbach is an integration program of the AOZ (Arbeitsorganisation Zürich). We offer training positions in various professions, including kitchen assistants, cooks and restaurant service staff. Our trainees are accompanied by experienced vocational trainers, and we place great importance on individual support for their personal as well as professional development. The AOZ promotes the integration of asylum seekers and refugees as well as understanding between different cultures - an important concern in our society today.

Another element that is close to our hearts is our commitment to sustainability. In the spirit of the 2000-watt society, we use environmental resources consciously and sparingly. Our kitchen largely does without unusual ingredients and concentrates on the essentials in order to avoid excess and have a positive influence on the environment.

You can also have our current daily menu conveniently delivered by email or pick up your favorite dishes at the restaurant. In addition, we offer an extensive selection for banquets, ranging from company occasions to family celebrations.

Restaurant Riedbach is located at Hagenholzstrasse 104a in Zürich and is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. We look forward to welcoming you and to giving you a wonderful time!
