About Ristorante Bianchi

Welcome to Ristorante Bianchi, perhaps the best fish restaurant in Zürich, opened in 2026 by the Bianchi and Bindella families. Located on the picturesque Limmatquai, the restaurant combines an inviting, cozy ambiance with contemporary design and a specialized cuisine focused on preparing fresh fish dishes and seafood. Our kitchen team, led by head chef Luigi D'Agostino, brings the best Italian traditions to modern gastronomy. With 14 points in the Gault&Millau, the Bianchi is proud of its quality standards and the quality of its ingredients. Our select specialties, such as the Tartare di granchio and the Linguine all'astice, are very popular and reflect the philosophy of offering fresh and honest cuisine.

Ristorante Bianchi is not only a place for culinary enjoyment but also a space for sociable encounters. The warm color tones and the stylish interior invite not only family celebrations but also business occasions or romantic dinners. Surrounded by the beautiful backdrop of Lake Zürich, our guests can fully enjoy the culinary highlights. In addition, we have an extensive wine list carefully compiled from the best wines of Italy and the world to accompany every dish perfectly. We also offer a seasonal menu that changes regularly and reflects the freshness of the season.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00, Saturday from 11:30 to 23:00, and Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00. We look forward to welcoming you to Ristorante Bianchi and offering you an unforgettable culinary experience.
