Brauerei Oerlikon AG, located at Thurgauerstrasse 72 in 8050 Zürich, is an innovative community brewery that has been dedicated to brewing high-quality beer since 2015. Founded as a hobby project, the brewery has professionalized itself as a community stock company since 2020 and is proud to have around 1,300 shareholders. It supplies not only its own taproom but also around 50 catering establishments in and around Zürich with a broad selection of beers. The brewery's philosophy focuses on local quality and variety, which is reflected in its offering.

The brewery is known for its regular experiments with new flavors and ingredients. In addition to the classic core range, the creative minds at the brewery brew new limited editions about twice a month, which even include unusual ingredients such as oyster shells and Sichuan pepper. Brauerei Oerlikon places great importance on pushing boundaries and creating innovative flavors, which makes it a unique destination for beer lovers.

At present the brewery carries a variety of 16 different beers, including its specialties such as the Pilsnör, IPA and the creative Limited Edition Marmelo.
