About Maboon

Maboon Thai Take Away & Restaurant welcomes its guests with a philosophy that puts health and ecology at the center. Here all sauces are homemade; no ready-made sauces are used. The focus is on fresh ingredients sourced directly from the market. The meat comes from Switzerland, while duck and shrimp come sustainably from their own farm in Vietnam. The dishes are free of artificial flavor enhancers. In addition, Maboon offers homemade iced tea in the flavors mango and ginger lemongrass, entirely without sugar or preservatives. The menu offers a varied range that adapts seasonally and is available both at lunch and in the evening.

At lunch there is a total of 9 fixed menu options to choose from, with 3 menus changing daily. Alternatively, guests can also choose à la carte. In the evening, only à la carte is served. Prices for the lunch menus range between CHF 19.50 and CHF 23.00. All lunch menus include a large portion of jasmine rice.

The bistro offers space for 24 guests, while the beautiful terrace provides an additional 23 seats. To guarantee the best possible traceability and quality, Maboon also offers delivery via platforms such as Uber Eats and Eats.ch.
