The menu places value on freshly prepared, homemade dishes that offer guests a pleasant culinary experience.

A special feature of the Rössli Beiz is the atmosphere in which guests can feel at ease. Besides the delicious cuisine, the cozy ambiance is also worth mentioning, which makes the Rössli Beiz a popular spot for local and visiting guests alike. The interior is tasteful and contemporary, yet with a touch of tradition. For the hearty meals there are warm kitchen hours, while the weekly rhythm runs from Monday to Friday from 11:30 until closing, with the warm kitchen offered between 11:45 and 13:30 as well as from 18:30 to 21:00.

Please note that the Rössli Beiz is on company holidays until August 9, 2026, but will then again be ready to serve guests. The beiz remains barrier-free to allow all guests a pleasant visit.
